Using One-Tap the right way

Everything you need to know about your rights, responsibilities, and how our platform works.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using One-Tap products, platform, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use One-Tap services.

  • Businesses and individuals using our products are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

  • Certain One-Tap services require an account and subscription.

  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

  • Subscription-based services will renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Data Retention After Subscription Expiry

  • If you do not renew your subscription, your account data will be retained for 7 days after expiration.

  • After 7 days, all personal and business data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

4. Use of Services

  • One-Tap services are for legitimate professional and personal use only.

  • You may not misuse the platform, including attempts to hack, duplicate, or disrupt services.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Payments & Billing

  • All subscription payments are due at the time of renewal.

  • You are responsible for applicable taxes and fees.

  • One-Tap reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid subscriptions.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, and NFC-enabled solutions provided by One-Tap are owned by One-Tap.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • One-Tap is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • Services are provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted use.

8. Termination

  • One-Tap reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

  • Upon termination, any remaining data will be handled according to our Data Retention policy above.

9. Updates to Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

  • Users will be notified of major changes via email or platform notifications.
